Meet Our Team!
The Equipped Educational Consultant Group was founded by Dr. Crystal L. Riddle after serving in the classroom as an educator for over 10 years at various levels and in various roles. Having graduated from Tougaloo College, University of Mississippi, and University of Phoenix, she is committed to life-long learning. During her time as a teacher, her accomplishments were vast; however, her reach was limited. Always advocating for children, she decided that if she could take the best practices from her own training and provide it to teachers who have been limited to the opportunities she had been presented, she would be able to impact more students on a daily basis. Determined to equip students for college and/or the work place, she and her team are prepared to work with students, teachers, and leaders to ensure everyone is being held accountable for the achievement of our future—our children.
Mr. Sherman Riddle’s diverse experience in the field of education spans two decades. He is respected as a facilitator and an instructional coach across the country. Having served as a teacher, administrator, and consultant in rural, urban, and suburban areas, Mr. Riddle has seen a great deal and is open to learning more through new experiences. He is also adept at writing curriculum and aligning instructional activities and assessment items to Standards. Sherman genuinely enjoys working with data and even contextualizes everyday life experiences through that lens.
